Tsarevich, Ivan (1908-1992)
Ivan Tsarevich was born in Belorussiya in 1908. He studied art in Sverdlovsk (now Ekaterinburg) in 1925-1928. After graduating he moved to Moscow and started working as a book illustrator for different publishing houses.
He served in WW2, and after the war he contued his career in Moscow. He came the head artist the the publishing house Sovetskii Pisatel.
In 1955 he became a member of the Artists' Union.
