Vyacheslav Ivanovich Pavlov is a famous Moscow graphics artists, specialising in etchings and engravings.
From 1951 to 1959 he studied at the Moscow Stroganov institute specialisnig in murals, and he became a member of the Artists' Union in 1963.
In the year 2000 he was awarded the title of the Honoured Artist of the Russian Federation.
