A collection of works of the 1960s and 1970s, made by students of the Russian School of Applied Arts - Московское Художественное Промыщленное Училище им. Калинина - now renamed to Московское Художественное Училище Прикланого Искусства

The institute encouraged the students to use old Russian "laquer" techniques - for example Fedoskino, Kholui, and Palekh - for laquer boxes and decorative objects. However, the students were expected to depict progressive Socialist themes.
