Famous graphic artist from Leningrad. Viktor Semyonovich studied at the Leningrad Art School under E.M. Magril from 1945-1950.

During the 1950s and 1960s he illustrated a large number of books. From the the late 1960s, he concentrated on lithographs and linocuts, most in genre style.
