Arkady Krimsky was born in 1920 in the Village of Mukhin polyany in the Ryazan region. In 1938 was he studied in Art Studio of fine arts named after B. I. Grundy, and A. M. Gerasimov.
He studied at the Moscow art school 1905 Art Tekhnikum/College.
He fought the WW2, was awarded.
In 1954 he graduated from the 3rd year from the Studio «Vsekohudozhnik» under G.I/ Zeitlin, and A.V. Kuprin.
