Youth Festivals in the USSR
The legendary Moscow Youth Festival of 1957 was the most famous of all festivals. In Soviet and Russian historiography, the festival was an unforgettable event in the lives of a whole generation of Soviet youth.
During the 1960s, 1970s, up until today, festivals were organised with irregular intervals.
