Laсquer with Soviet Symbolics
A collection of works of the 1960s and 1970s, made by students of the Russian School of Applied Arts.
The institute encouraged the students to use old Russian "laсquer" techniques - for example Fedoskino, Kholoi and Palekh - for laсquer boxes and decorative objects

However, the students were expected to depict progressive Socialist themes.
