Artist Portfolios

Viktor Mikhailovich Trishkin was born in Saratov. In 1966 he moved to Kamchatka, where he is now the most prominent artist. In his early years, the famous Vladivostok artist Rybachuk mentored him. In his canvases, he depicts the clear light and the subtle colours of the Northern sea and sky.

Recently, he has concentrated on painting still-lifes of Northern objects of nature, and portraits. His main inspiration is nature and Kamchatka.  Every summer, he spends 2-3 months in his dacha in the far North of Kamchatka, in search of inspiration for his paintings.
