Genre and landscape painter, glass designer

Olga Vladimirovna Malysheva was born in the South of Russia, in Feodosia.

She moved to Moscow to go to the Moscow Textile Design Institute, where her teachers were L. Bruni and A. Kuprin. Here she specialised in ceramics and glass design. However, oil painting was always close to her heart.

She became a member of the Artists' Union in 1943.
