Well-known Moscow graphic artist.
Lyudmila Yakovlevna graduated from the graphics department at the Surikov Institute in Moscow in 1978, where she studied under Shmarina and Dekhtaryov.
In 1982 she became a member of the Artists' Union.
In the 1970s and early 1980s she worked mainly with lithography and gouache, preparing her industrial sheets of steel smelters, the Kamaz truck plant, and pioneers on the Red Square. During this period, she also drew illustrations to several children's books.
In the later years, Lyudmila Yakovlevna works in oil, preparing large canvasses with landscapes.
