Viktor Sergeevich Bibikov was born in the village of Deshevnoe in the Moscow Region.
He served in the Red Army in the 1920-1925. After that, he entered the art school "Central Art's Courses" (Центральных художественных курсах), and from 1925 to 1930, where he graduated specialising in drawing.
For many years he was an artist at the Grekov Studio of Army Artists.
